Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Tracking updates are provided via email once the order is placed and shipped. If the order contains multiple items, it will be held until the entire order is ready to ship out.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on several factors:

  • Domestic vs. International shipping

  • Selected shipping method

  • Total package weight

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns/ refunds at this time.

Do you offer exchanges?

We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges are dependent on current stock and item(s) purchased. Cost of re-shipment is the customer’s responsibility.

Can I update my shipping address?

Shipping address can be updated as long as the order has not already shipped. We are unable to make any address changes once the order has left our warehouse.
